how to turn on developer mode on ?

I have S10 + t mobile .I cant seem to find developer mode .where is it ? or how do I turn it on?I have it on in my note 9 .but menu is different on my S10 +.

Settings-About Phone - tap build number 7 times...if i recall correctly
