How to turn ON radiostate of my SIM, and Band mode?

[Android Central Question]

Seeking Help , who can resolve issue

ISSUE -
SIM2 of tablet does not detect sim presence.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION:
Need to turn "ON" SIM2 Radio state Because
sim2 CDS information, shows Radio information as (Radio state = radio off, Gsm Service = Radio off)

DETAIL TESTS REPORTS. (Generated By android engineer mode and MTK engineer mode)

i think i need to set SIM2 Radio state to be ON as it is already showing OFF.
on the other hand this tab is 3G supported but its SIM2 band mode is also set on Gsm while it should be wcdm preferred.

So
is there any one to help how to
Turn on Radio state and
change Band from Gsm to wcdma prefered

i tried to change it but it shows errors like

Refresh error and update error, at SMSC
Guide plz if anyone has its solution
if we use At+ command, , i do not know its syntax of proper using at MTK engineer mode

i tried with many apps, like mobile uncle, development setting, xposed framework. but none worked well

Welcome to Android Central! First, tell us the exact model number of the tablet you have. Are you certain the tablet supports the network bands of the carrier you're trying to use? Does SIM2 only support 2G (which is somewhat common with dual SIM devices)?
