How to unlock an AT&T S4 to use on Straight Talk

Hi im new here i was trying to figure out how to Unlock a at&t s4 for straight talk? I tried going to apn settings but their is some lock on it that wont allow me to edit the apn settings please help -_-

Did you get the phone unlocked from AT &T or have them unlock it?

sorry i bought it from walmart and its still locked i would believe the guy seemed like he had no idea what he was doing he just sold it to me rushing (long line of people waiting right before closing) and I haven't had the opportunity to go back to see what they can do. Debating on returning it if i can't get it unlocked

If your phone is on contract, it is illegal to unlock the sim to use on another carrier, if the phone is purchased outright without a contract it can be unlocked I think but it has to come from the carrier of the phone, new Fed. law this year.

If you use an AT&T Straight Talk SIM you don't have to unlock it.
