How to unlock hot spot on my razr maxx hd for straight talk?

Hello! I have searched and searched to no avail. The answer seems to always be "if you use hot spot with straight talk they will cancel you and you will lose your number!" Now I realize this. I only ever use this to browse the net maybe one day a month for 5 minutes on my tablet. I purchased my droid razr maxx hd on ebay and the lady I bought it from had the hot spot enabled so it worked. She does it with every phone for straight talk she sells. Now I messed up and I did a reset to factory cause it was getting slow and that locked me back out of it. Does ANYONE know how to go about this? Its running system version 183.46.15.xt926.Verizon.en.US. Android Version 4.4.2. Thank you so much!!

Welcome to Android Central! According to Straight Talk's Terms and Conditions:

"e. STRAIGHT TALK UNLIMITED PLANS CANNOT BE USED FOR: any applications that tether your device to a laptop or personal computer other than for the use of Wireless Sync."

Since this is a legal contract, we can't advise you on ways to get around it. Sorry! Thread closed.
