How to unlock the bootloader while in soft brick?

Well, I found that the closest phone to my chinese piece of soft bricked **** Matrix Smartphone D4090 is HTC One V, from which I decided to install the CWM/TWRP recovery and Cyanogen from to my phone. Although, I ran to a problem. I tried to install Cyanogen&both the recoveries through the "No command!" recovery using the ADB thing(I installed all the drivers, they are checked and work fine), but it wouldn't do it and errors kept appearing. Since I never unlocked my bootloader, I knew that was the problem but I couldn't think of a way to unlock while soft bricked. If someone can tell me a way, it'd be amazingly appreciated. If not, then at least tell me how to hard brick it while locked. Thank you in advance for any help/tips offered.
