How to unlock the little padlock on minimised apps?

The only Motorola I had was Moto G4 plus and was pretty good but software updates were slow , think because I was in the US

Motorola been doing telecommunications since forever they own the patent for Walkie-talkie, plus I love when I turn it on and the sexy sounding chick say's "hello Moto"!

Just in case this hasn't been solved yet: The cure (on my moto) took me half-an-hour to figure-out, but it's really simple . . . . To unlock the padlock just swipe down
