How to update Android kitkat from 4.1 to at least 4.4 on TC55 (barcode scanner) device ?

I need to install (Fishbowl GO) on my new device TC55 and that required Android OS to be at least 4.4 version and from the device setting i couldn't find where i could update the OS please help . Thank you

Is this a company owned handheld or your personal device?

The OS, assuming there is one, will be at the manufacturer's site. (With Android, the new version has to be rewritten each time to match each device, so the manufacturer does that.)
