How to update MOTO smart phone system without WIFI

I keep getting messages to update my system but do not have WIFI. I have a MOTO smart phone with Verizon service.

Welcome to Android Central! Which Moto phone? It doesn't give you the option to update over mobile data? If not, then can you do it some place where there is public wi-fi, like your local library or coffeeshop?

Or you could try Verizon's Software Upgrade Assistant.
