how to update rooted nexus 7 to 4.3

I'm relatively a newbie about rooting and all. I know I cannot update OTA to 4.3. So how do I do it?

If you are only rooted (ie: no custom recovery, custom kernel, rom, etc.), you can ota. However, if you are using supersu, you should unroot first to be safe. That being said, you might want to wait until some of the toolkits are updated to do the update...
