[HOW TO] Update to EF02 with the EF10 Modem

Okay.. I do have this in my how to video sticky, but at the current demand I am receiving... I decided to make it have its own thread.
I have attempted this on stock and rooted and running a rom. This works no matter what phone state your phone is.
