So like many of you i got my galaxy nexus yesterday and updated to 4.0.2 then went about unlocking the bootloader and rooting. Now that 4.0.3 is out i want to update and its not showing up. So how do i update?
You will probably loose root and have to reroot. There is an app called root keeper that is supposed to give you back root after an update. I would just reroot. There is a small chance you could soft brick you device. People have done it when taking an ota. Always make sure its safe first.

2. You cannot take OTAs while rooted. On the same day the OTA comes out, someone will make a rooted version of the new update as a flashable zip - that's the one you wanna install
