How to upgrade my android from 8.0 to 11.0?

I need to upgrade my android version on my Samsung Galaxy A2 Core from 8.0 to 11.0 without crashing my phone or breaking it.

Then buy a new one. Installing an OS 3 years newer than the latest version available from the device manufacturer is not assured to be crash-free, and the process of actually doing the installation is not assured to not brick your phone (rendering it useless).
