How to use my OTA

So I have my nexus 7 unlocked and rooted, with TWRP recovery. I am running a stock rom JSS15J at the moment. Every so often I will get a notification saying that I have an system update available. I click and it appears to download without issue. So I tap to install and it goes into TWRP but just stops. Do I have to manually put the update into TWRP (and if so where do I find it?)? Do I need to go back to stock recovery to flash it? Is some sort of special dance and or sacrifice necessary? How do I update my tablet at this point?

Yes, generally OTA's need to be updated through stock recovery.

Instructions are on the bottom. Make sure you have the right version. If you're on the wifi only version (pretty sure you are based on the version you have now) of the 2013 Nexus 7, it's "razor". LTE version is "razorg".
