I was wondering how I can use my phones internet on my PC through the USB cable. I am using a Huawei Ascend P2 phone.

Try PDANet+ or USB Tethering.

If your PC has Wi-Fi capability, you could just enable your phone's Wi-Fi Hotspot, then use your PC's Wi-Fi to connect to that Hotspot.

Right I've downloaded that PDAnet thing off the android store. So what do I do next? Also isn't there a way to use the phones internet on PC through USB without any additional software.

I was using PDAnet, which was working great thanks until about ten minutes ago it said I have used my data usage in the free mode. Is that other link you gave me a free program, or will it do the same thing as PDAnet?

PDANet's free app give you limited usage. The other app I linked you to is supposed to allow you to tether via USB, but I don't know how well it works. Just give it a try. If USB tethering is important to you and PDANet is the one that works, I suggest paying for it--it's only $8, which is super-cheap considering how much PC programs typically cost.
