how to widen columns in My Files android 7

Columns in "My Files" not sufficiently wide to show full file names despite plenty of unused screen width

try a third party app. ES File Explorer allows me to copy the full path so I can paste and see it.

Welcome to Android Central. I don't believe the column width can be changed.
