How's low light camera picture quality?

Can any owners please let me know how their low light picture quality please. Currently have a Galaxy S5 but am not impressed with the detail in low light so thinking of switching but would like some user opinions first.

Had to go manual to get anything usable. First is high iso and second is soft skin mode.

superior auto was poor at generating anything.
These are no flash in a pretty dark environment.

The fill flash probably went off, but I'm pretty sure it didn't reach all the way to the back of the restaurant on this cloudy, rainy day.
