How's this for lollipop battery?

I did that and still getting the update notification.

Try shutting down the phone and wiping the cache partition. The updates, when downloaded, are stored in cache. You may have already downloaded it, so that's why the notification. (I have to be honest - I didn't know you could stop the update without rooting the phone. This is all news to me. But, if it is possible by disabling all of those apps, then it might be you already have it.)
