HP 4520 Printer problem.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. I was connected to a HP 4520 wirelessly. Suddenly, the printer is copying and printing very slowly. I have contacted HP and they offered some troubleshooting tips, none of which worked. Can someone with the same printer take me through the steps necessary to get the printer working with a smartphone with a wireless connection? Thanks.
