HR graphic keeps showing up when I run.

First back it up in the galaxy app.. Then use the button method to reset the watch(not the reset in settings as Samsung support said that doesn't do a full reset). After it resets restart the Galaxy app.. It should find everything and pair it. Worst that night happen is you might have to remove the galaxy app and reinstall but it should not be needed. Either way you can restore everything once you reconnect.

I get the annoying message too every time I track a run, walk, hike, etc. Always have and resets don't solve it for me.

I get this message often during a work-out.
I am not annoyed, since my watch is moving up and down my wrist a little when I excercise, which messes up the HR measurement (I guess it is like trying to take a sharp picture while moving the camera).
Could that be the case, although you are wearing the watch "as it says to"?
I expect the problem to be solved if the watch position is stable (meaning tightening the band a bit more).

Anyone know how to stop this every time I run? I'm already wearing the watch as it says to.

All you have to do when it shows up is scroll down with the bezel!! It will then give you an option to not have it show up again. Nothing more drastic needed :)

Edit: However, I also agree with Peter above, that if it's in an optimal position and worn tightly (for me, very tightly), then that SHOULD also solve the problem AND you should get fewer drop outs. And with the new update, possibly more improvement.

Personally I have toggled the 'warning' off when it showed up (as I've outlined above) because it's not useful to me because I know it's not due to positioning; it's due to temperamental software/ hardware. But, I know that from my experience.

Thanks. I never investigated it enough to learn I could cancel it on a more permanent basis. I didn't get this message in the early days of ownership. I think it only showed up after a couple of updates.

No worries. You were only seeing the first half of the message. It isn't intuitive to scroll down, but you'll see what I mean when it comes up again.
