Thinking about picking the u11 up. How would you rate the build quality of the u11 compared to the 10. I loved my HTC 10, it was a solid well rounded device. Does the 11 follow this same path? Software wise I'm not worried, seeing as how I plan to root the phone and run the team venom u room on it anyway.

It's built like a glass brick S#!&house.
It's built solid and well and I love it. I came from a 10 and it is an upgrade in almost every way. No 3.5mm jack is a little bit of a bummer for me, more so for others. The fingerprint sensor on the 10 was great. This one is 100X better. So accurate and so instantaneous it almost seems like it's not looking for your print and just unlocking the device. The 10's camera was really good, this one is superb. But it is mostly glass and there's no getting around it. The back is the definition of a fingerprint magnet, but wipes off clean and easy. It is Gorilla Glass on the back (though I believe it's GG3, not GG5).
