If it's not the U11 plus HTC needs to stop promoting it on Facebook and Twitter.

I have my doubts it will be released in the US as HTC USA has not promoted it.

The only HTC phone i've ever owned was the Vivid, and that was in my pre-rooting days. I remember something about S-ON/S-OFF, and that it had to do with rooting the phone. Can someone please give me(in layman's terms) what this feature does and doesn't do? Thanks.

But when you look at the date, that's not the format they use it n the rest of the world. It's generally date, month, year. I thinks it's coming here. Why put the date in a format for a country you aren't releasing the device in?

It would be nice if it was released in the States and in Canada. I really wanted the U11 but couldn't get it because of its price... So maybe the Plus coming out would help me.

It has to be the u11 plus in the teaser image. I only say that because the u11 life has the finger print scanner on the front and the teaser has it on the back.

I really like the specs on this phone. I wonder if it gets wifi calling on T-Mobile? I'd like to root this phone. Does anyone know if the boot loader can be unlocked? Thanks for any feedback.

WiFi calling works on the unlocked U11 on TMobile so I would imagine that it's also going to work on the U11 Plus.

Don't forget HTC's awesome subwoofer requires a bit of bezel at the bottom.

So I read a comment on the U11+ page on GSM Arena that said that a U11 that's ordered directly from HTC comes with bloatware. Wtf are they talking about? Should the U11+ be available in the States, I plan on ordering the phone unlocked, direct from HTC. So yeah, can someone confirm or deny this seemingly stupid claim?

I think it's "ok". Would have been nice to have dual front facing speakers in those places though. It's virtually the same size as the 2 XL if rumored specs are to be believed.
