HTC 10, updated to Android 7.0. Why my default hour is not for my current location?

It is set to a completely different city. I cannot change it no matter what. The hour is displayed for a different city but my alarm is waking me at the correct hour.
Please advise.

Any chance you inadvertently turned off mobile data?

Welcome to Android Central! Where are you seeing this? In the Settings>Date & Time menu? On the clock in the status bar? Or only on the clock widget on the homescreen?
