HTC A9 - Hotmail Folders Missing, where could they be?

HTC A9 - Hotmail Folders Missing

I've set up Hotmail on my HTC A9 and I am only able to see the Inbox, Trash, Sent, Drafts & Outbox folders. I have other folders set up but I'm unable to view them on my phone. I never had this problem with my HTC One Mini.
Can anyone offer any advice please?

Welcome to Android Central! Try removing the account from your Mail app, then add it back again. If you didn't before, use the IMAP server instead of POP3: Configure Outlook with an Outlook.com (Hotmail), Gmail, Office 365, Yahoo, AOL or iCloud account - HowTo-Outlook. POP3 doesn't duplicate your webmail's folder structure, but IMAP does.
