HTC Desire 816 Stuck In Bootloader!

i know almost nothing about android so dont get triggered

I got a HTC Desire 816 from a buddy and when i started it up it looked like this

I asked my friend if they did something to it and they said no
When ever i try to go into HBOOT Then Recovery or Factory reset it goes into the HTC restarting screen with the red text [Forgot what it said] but like 3 seconds later it goes back into BootLoader. Iv'e tried to Unlock BootLoader but it does the same thing it does when i try to factory reset and it still says locked.

Help?
