The ril is done. I say again its done now were waiting on the release most likely update zip

Lol, just got my incedible today. Keeping the Droid just incase they get this working 100%. The Droid is definately a better phone overall.

Apparently boostd was kicked off the team don't know why but he posted that the ril is done. Who knows when it will be released and who finished it but he did say earlier today that Jake had an almost 100% ril

So before everyone gets excited lets make one thing clear. Nobody has a working RIL right now. No single member of the team does, therefore estimated times are about as good as the last four estimates. I just don't want the team to be made to look like liars again. This is strictly Boost saying anything about tomorrow. The team, including himself, does not have a working RIL.

LOL, sorry this is why people should not say anything until they are positive.

At this moment, no members of the ZD team have gotten anything even close to a working RIL. Jake is said to have it working by tonight, but weve all been told that before. So I am just pointing out boost is spaking for himself right now, not the whole team. When the team gets a tester, then we can confirm.

And the update.zip thing, I didn't think just a kernel update would fix the RIL. But I am not sure about that. Just something I was told a while back.

Right now boostd isn't part of the team and the team won't get the ril until Jake or boostd are happy that the situation has been resolved I've talked to boostd today and yesterday

No Jake won't give them the kernel because they basically dogged him and boostd and used them as scapegoats and honestly I don't blame them I've been busting my ads to do this ril and you sit here and say I can't do it and my guy is giving the team a black eye. **** that make it right then ill hand you the ril.

i can understand jake's standpoint by saying that by feeling he was passed on and replaced but wasnt boostd giving false release dates. i am not saying that he did it intentionally to screw with people and he prob did think that those date were realistically possible but for it to happen so many times he should have just avoided it. i don't know if somebody within the group told him to give that info but if he was smart enough he would have just ignored it and told them to state it themselves. I don't know who is at fault and the sad thing is I dont think hearing it from either side's mouths could even be a trusting source because manipulation is easy when stories seem logical but aren't true. IDK. it sucks that things like this have to happen but they really need to get their act together and release a real functional rom before somebody else beats them to it and gets the credit for all of the hard work they put into it.

The story I got from boostd is the same one the zd team put out. But as far as the release days yeah those were big screw ups. But when the guy that builds it says its done you kinda believe him the previous issues were bugs in it he had data and calls working but it would disable the radio. But agreed they need to hurry up and get this behind them. Who knows how much longer alldroid will be their

They are ridiculous. They are hindering alldroids reputation as the big rom forum. Cyanogen has probably received a lot of users due to all of alldroids BS. They need to stop with all of these false release updates. Just tell people it will be released when its done and just update with what's being done. Their wrong release dates are what's is causing all of this agitation among everybody.

Don't go spreading this around but the owner may be trying to sell it or close it after a certain date if its not sold. But I read about this on Mon morning and it was deleted after I checked later

Well Jake has stated that his ril works but theirs a bug that he's trying to fix is its not fixed by this weekend then their going to look at a corp from India to do it which will take longer.I hope it comes out soon

Maybe the new owner will do something about this crap that we call alldroid.
