HTC Droid DNA problem

[AC Question]

Hello Experts, need your help regarding my HTC Droid DNA, it has started to reboot/restart all by itself, i tried holding the power+volume down key but by the time it reaches that stage it restarts again, i have lots of data, pictures and important numbers in it, please assist.
IF anything cannot be done online where in Delhi (India) can i get the phone repaired ?

You say that the phone restarts when you try to enter Recovery Mode....but entering Recovery Mode can be quite tricky. I speak from experience with my Nexus 5....phone just restarting try after try. Each time, I then have to wait until it's booted up fully before I can Power Off and try again.
Would you care to keep trying or do you think it's hopeless?

Nope buddy, i cant even enter the recovery mode, it restarts before i can select anything
