HTC EVO 4G LTE Rom with a working WiFi Tether and Working 4G LTE

I have been searching for a suitable rom to put on my evo lte (sprint) that has working LTE and a working WiFi Tether.

CM10 is the rom that i have had the most success with and would keep it if the LTE didnt have problems. It works for a day or two and then will never connect to LTE again until you restore an old backup of the rom or reinstall it all together.

CM10.1 rom seems to throttle my connection back on the WiFi tether to 6mbps (when i do a speed test on my phone i get 12mbps)

JellyBam kept giving me error messages after flashing that the rom was not responding

MeanBean just gave me the wifi tether for root users and that one throttles my connection back so much i cannot stand it. (normally 12mbps, i get 100kbps) - - This goes for all Sense based roms (that Ive tested)

UREVO4G gave me the same results as MeanBean.

Please can someone direct me to a good and stable rom with LTE and a WiFi tether working without throttleing? I've gone to desperate measures to find a good rom or find a fix to any of the problems above..

Good News!!

I was able to successfully get everything working on the "UREVO4G" ROM. No tethering limiting. No 4g Problems. Everything seems to be working flawlessly. Just what i was looking for.

The way i was able to un-limit the 4G tethering was completely uninstalling the sprint hotspot from the rom with Titanium backup free edition. After i did that and changed to the settings that everyone says to change to, everything was working amazingly! I am so relieved to have resolved this problem!

After you install the UREVO rom simply just go into titanium backup and select on the sprint mobile hotspot app and make a backup of it (just in case). Then uninstall it.
Go into the wifi tethering app that comes with the rom and change the device profile to generic ICS/jb (wlan0).
Change the setup method to Netd-ndc (master).
Check the box "send netd max client cmd."
Enable wifi encryption and add a password
Change the SSID to whatever you want
Check the box "WiFi-driver reload"
And make sure MSS Clamping and Routing fix are checked.
If it still doesnt work, Uninstall the Wifi tether completely. Then go out and get the latest version of wifi tether and repeat the process above.

These are the settings that i have that works. It may work with other settings.

Note** Once the wifi tether is working, dont mess with settings or it may start limiting the download speed again. My wifi tether has been working for a few weeks without issue.

I can't locate the box labeled, "send netd max client cmd." Is that something that is version-specific?

Well, I have the newest version because i decided to mess with settings to see if I could fix my nat problem when tethering to my ps3 but it started messing with my speeds (Never got that problem resolved, just learned to deal with it). So I installed the latest version. It should work without it if the setting is not there.

What do you mean?? I was able to use Webkey. Which allows me to remotely control my phone through the web URL. I am not quite sure what you mean.

I found this post by banshee4me at Slow LTE DL speeds with Wifi Tether on stock JB? - Page 3 - xda-developers that I gave a shot on MeanBean and it worked! I am s-off but I don't think that matters based on other posts. I now have full LTE speeds when I tether to my laptop.

Uninstalled Sprint Hotspot (Download Titanium Backup and there is an Un-install all user & system apps batch action. Deselect all items except Sprint Hotspot and uninstall it)
Wifi Tether Version - 3.3 PRE2 Treve MOD

Enable Access Control. Once connected, put a check mark next to your PC connection and click apply. Reboot the phone after you are done.

Wifi Tether Settings:
Profile: Generic ICS/JB (wlan0)
Method: Netd-Ndc (Master)
SSID: changed from original
Wifi Encryption enabled
Channel: 6
WiFi-driver reload: (Checked)
Enable Access Control: (Checked)
MMS Clamping: (Checked)
Routing Fix: (Checked)

PC Settings:
Manually change Wifi adapter to B/G, not B/G/
