htc evo 4g no 3g signal

my rooted evo 4g has no 3g signal anymore. however my 4g works just fine alon with my wi fi. can anyone help

I am running the latest stable version of Cyanogen Mod and after I installed the ROM I was having a similar issue where I could not connect to 3G. Long story short, I followed the direction in the link below exactly and it worked like a charm.

Was on that list of no 3g, with my flashed roms. As soon as the evo rebooted I had 3G!!!!!!!.
