HTC EVO 4G - Voice problem

I bought a htc evo 4g and there is a problem occurred .whenever u made a call i am not able to hear the voice .But when i turned on speaker or use head phone then i can hear voice.Sound app is not downloading there is some certificate error .Kindly suggest me some other thing please :'(
