HTC Explorer: Wifi option not working after rooting

rooted my htc explorer to 4.1.2 and cyanogenmod 10. After the root the wifi options are not working( cant turn on wifi, tethering etc..).
is there any way to make it working again without rooting it again?

Its the problem of the rom.. Change or try other rom..
