So back in August, I bought the HTC 10. HTC had a promo of $100 dollars of accessories and a free $200 JBL headphone. To this day I have not received this. Ive been on the phone with their customer service numerous times and all they give me us the runaround. They say my escalation rep. is on break or on lunch every time I call. So, I read somewhere that someone emailed their EVP and then he got help. Anyone know who I can email to get this resolved?

You don't have your own "escalation rep", they have people who escalate problems. Ask for the supervisor of the person you're speaking to, then ask to speak to a level 2 supervisor. (And, if you're asked if the level 1 supervisor can help you, tell them that if they could, you wouldn't be asking for a level 2 supervisor, would you?)

Or you could send a paper letter to the chief executive of HTC (ask in a library if the reference librarian can find the name and address for you) - marked "Personal". Someone in the front offices normally gets letters like that - and has the authority to order someone "on the floor" to fix the problem.

Google HTC America's CEO email and send him an email. Its out there and I know people have had success that way.

I emailed the CEO, VP, regular customer service, and HTC Press at 7:30 am after dealing with their BS for a week and a half. I had a BNIB device out to me about 9:30 am.
