Got the headphones today. Excellent bass without over modulation. Sound great.

Awesome to hear! I have been waiting on replies to this thread to see how they were before ordering.

A good option for many but they don't sound as good so people like me prefer cords until the technology comes a bit further. There's also the fact that it costs significantly more.

They came with my phone and they're really good. Really decent quality for pack-in headphones.

I was disappointed by first the lack of inclusion if the hi-res earphones in US boxes, then by the lack of availability in HTC's store for so long after launch day. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the price when they did finally show up... I've placed my order and mine should be here tomorrow, so we will see how they sound.

Unfortunately I purchased my 10 on Verzon before July 12th.

It's hard to beat my professional Shure SE 535 in Ear monitors...Shure SE535 Sound Isolating Earphones - Clear | Sweetwater.com But honestly, with customizable profiles, including eq, even my old HTC M9 ear buds sound good, and I'm not worrying about accidentally wrecking them on my bike rides....

If HTC is giving me $100, then I might go for the $80 Pro Studio headphones and a car charger+usb cable. What do you guys think? Are those headphones worth it? And please post here when you actually get the $100 code because I submitted mine 3 days ago and still nothing.

Submitted mine as well. The first time I saw that ad on their website, it said the purchase had to be made before July 31, now it's an August purchase so it would seem to be a continuing offer. Anyway, how mine is approved and I get the e-mail soon!
