and I filled it out the day I saw y'all talking about the offer in this thread... I haven't even heard of it and thought I wasn't gonna qualify bc I bought my phone when it first came out and got the first $100 off discount

Man, same exact situation. Pre- ordered for 10. Filled out the form the same day. I haven't received an email with a coupon. Wasn't expecting anything until I saw your post. Now I'm going to be a little disheartened if I don't get it...

I pre-ordered the HTC 10 the morning pre-order was available. The day I saw the $100 accessories coupon appear on my blinkfeed I applied for it, and got an email yesterday with the coupon code

Due to overwhelming demand, we’ve exhausted our $100 credit coupon codes sooner than expected. That means we’ll no longer be accepting submissions for HTC 10 devices purchased after 8/15/2016. If your purchase qualifies, please fill out the form below to redeem credit.

Unfortunately I purchased my 10 on Verzon before July 12th.

Me, too (although I got mine through T-Mobile). I filled out the form anyway...figured what the heck. They approved it and I got my discount code yesterday and my headphones and Type-C cable shipped today...

Yeah my order shipped today, should be here Saturday. Can't wait to compare the high-res headphones to my Klipsch R6 earbuds

I have to say the klipsch R6 earbuds sound better than the HTC hi-res, they have more bass and are more crisp

I applied for the $100 credit for accessories when everyone else was talking about it. I pre-ordered my 10 from Verizon. Believe it or not I just got my $100 accessories credit TODAY! I had already bought the hi-res earphones (yes, I really like them btw, much better than any stock earphones I had gotten with any phone, though I will say I still have the beats earphones I got with my Rezound and so far they are close to the hi-res but not quite as good). I already bought extra cables and a car charger, may have to try out the Ice View case and grab an extra quick charger. Just thought I'd share.

Does anyone have any experience with the HTC pro headphones vs the Hi-Res? Just curious since I have the credit.

I like the Htc Hi Res ones, they came boxed here in the UK. I like them, i have the P5 and usually justbuse headphobes, but these are good for in the box earphones.

I've got the High Res ones and picked up the Pro Studio earbuds with my gift credit. I prefer the High Res earbuds, but the Pros run a close second.

Even though, one of this phone's major points is the audio, HTC america decided not to include some quality earbuds. My $100 coupon expires tomorrow and I couldn't spend it on any earbuds since they're out of stock. I had to settle for an ice view case and 2 usb cables.

So it might be safe to say that the Hi-Res headphones are comparable to the Pro Studio ones, if not a tad better?

There's not much on the HTC store right now due to the credits being used up. But I'd probably look into getting at least one of the headphones at some point if I ever get the credit sent to me. Or three of the Hi-Res, possibly, for work and home and the travel bag - which would come out to around $100 with fast shipping. I had to buy two cords on there this morning on there (for a future wall charger and a portable charger I got on Amazon for a trip I'm taking next week), but I'm not too worked up over it.

I own both the Hi-Res and Pro Studio buds. I can say that the Hi-Res sound a bit warmer and offer more bass. They will probably be preferred by MOST music listeners. The Pro Studio buds offer a flatter sound, but lack the bass response that the H-R's offer. As a BROAD genre music listener, I prefer the Pro Studio buds (with custom settings) for casual listening. In the end, you can't go wrong with either, and the H-R's are a bargain at $30.

NOTE: I don't claim to have golden ears, and everyone's musical preferences (sound, genre, hearing, etc.) vary greatly, so YMMV as well.

I really like the hi res I got 2... Yes they are warm... But the highs are there too..

They headphones are totally worth it. They sound awesome. The sound is very Crisp and the bass is just too good especially on the HTC 10. The headphones also give you a great sound if you use them on other Smartphone (One Max) as well but not as good as on the HTC 10.
The best Audio quality than any other earphones bundled with other flagships.
Better get a pair before they are sold out.

HTC Fi ally has their head phones available. Has anyone picked these up. If so are they good. They are only 30 bucks and HTC list them as Hi-Res certified.

The Earphones are too good mate. Don't wait too long or they might be out of stock later.

Anyone has this and the Xiaomi Piston 3.0? How do they compare?

Cheers

I do, there is no comparison between Piston 3 and htc Hi res, Piston are ok, but htc hi res have excelente audio, bass, body, every freq sounds at good level, very rich bass, I'm bass head
