Regarding 1935 error.
I can't speak directly to your problem. However a similar 1935 error with Sprint Smartview seemed to relate to the software. After my wife's laptop couldn't logon following a failed upgrade to Smartview, repeated (5) attempts to install Smartview version 2.40--with registry check, virus, trojan checks, etc along the way--produced repeated error 1935s and installation rollbacks. However I then tried version 2.28--which had been on the computer before the failed upgrade--on a hunch and the software installed with no problem and access to the internet was again possible.
