HTC Inspire 4G acting weird... HBOOT screen?

Hi. I'm having a weird issue with my Inspire.

I was listening to my iHeart Radio app and all of a sudden my Inspire lowers the volume by itself. After that, this screen kept showing up:

Can someone PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAAASE help me with this?

How did you update your hboot to 2.0 ???

Did you get this fixed because I have the same problem with my Desire S. Don't know what to do about it.

Your volume-down button is stuck. The HBOOT screen is displayed when you hold volume-down and power on.

On my Inspire 4G, you can pop off the battery cover, and slide something thin under the volume bumper to remove it (try not to break the plastic catch). Use a paper-clip to try to unstick the button.

I broke my volume bumper, so now I use a volume widget.
