They made me upgrade. The internet would not work. Then they found out the old plan was the problem. I came from a BB.
I had "family unlimited" on my unlocked Fuze before getting the Inspire. Technically that was not for smartphones. Do you think I can get unlimited on my Inspire based on that?I work for at&T (for real) and regardless of what they tell you...you can keep your unlimited as long as it is a smartphone you are moving from iphone to BB to android etc....Now they do have the right to pull your unlimited data if they so choose at any point, but its not good customer service...so if you had an unlimited plan and they took it off when you changed phone call customer service and DEMAND it back....I do think there is a limit to how many days since that change was made though...idk if its 30 or 60...

I have also heard that if one line has unlimited data on it and another line is upgraded to an iPhone or Smart phone of any kind it is also eligible for Unlimited. I cannot confirm, but if anyone is in that position I would suggest asking.
