HTC M8 battery is at 89, when I power it on I can't get past the logo. What should I do?

hello,my HTC battery is at 89% but when i power it on i cant get past the logo,but if i plug it in the wall sucket i can access everything normaly what is wrong ?

With it plugged in perform a factory reset. See if that helps. Be sure to backup your data and sync accounts before the reset.
