HTC m8 signal

Hi my name is Narelle I got a HTC m8 last week and I have not been able to get any signals on my phone I took it back to the shop that I got it from and they put a new SIM card in and I still have no signals can you please tell me what to do do I have cerebral palsy please do step by step from Narelle

Welcome to Android Central! When you talk about signals, are you talking about cell signal (voice and data)? Is this only at your house, or anywhere? This is really an issue that your wireless shop needs to take care of. If the new SIM didn't help, then the phone might be defective.

It is at my house and other places too

Make sure your mobile data is turned on, i have had my m8 turn it off twice so far. Not sure of the reason , but each time i had to turn it back on.

Yes, that's the first thing to check. Bring down the Quick Settings (swipe down with two fingers--if that's difficult, swipe down with one finger and then tap the upper right corner icon to toggle over to Quick Settings), and make sure Mobile Data is turned on.
