Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me.
I have an HTC Merge for US Cellualr that is/was stock and when downloading something from Google Play it froze up during install. I popped the battery and when I put it back in the phone is now turning on to the Bootload menu but every option I choose just takes me back to the Bootloader. The bootloader is currently locked. I've been reading alot on the subject but am afraid to try anything but I guess the phone is useless now anyway so what do I got to lose, right? Can anyone give me directions on how to proceed? I only had the phone about 2 months and it was pretty much brand new so any help would be appreciated.
