HTC One apn settings problem

Hello everyone!

I just got a new att HTC One. Set it up on Go Phone plan. I cannot get LTE and when trying to change apn settings I find it locked. If I try att or gophone in the NAME box then phone in the apn box it tells me it is not allowed....

Any ideas?

Well, not sure why but while talking to hopeless att customer service rep it started working and has been fine since.

No helpful stuff here, mods feel free to delete this thread....I'll send a report.
