HTC one broken charger port

my phone charging port broke over night and there is no way to get it on everyone at the spirit store by my house were no help. I was wondering is there anyone to pull pictures and videos off there some how or fix the charging port. I really just want to be able to get the pictures/videos so if anyone knows a way that would be ******* awesome. Or if your know a easy way to open the phone up without ******* it up that would be a lot of help
