I have a quick question, will the developer version work on other nations than the US?

It's SIM unlocked so yes it will work. Just keep in mind all radios (such as LTE and 3G for some) for all networks will not be functional which is typical for GSM phones. I don't believe any international carriers can use US LTE bands. EDGE should be compatible everywhere there. So yes it will work but you will not have the full functionality of radios as someone on AT&T.
