HTC One Double Dip

Can anyone explain what is going on in this picture? It almost makes it appear as though the LCD screen extends to the bottom speaker grill where the HTC logo and navigation buttons would be. If it wasn't a photo from the manufacturer's official site I wouldn't give it much thought, but now it's messing with me.

It was available on mobilefun.com a while back, but I am not sure if it is still there.

I ordered that exact case from mobilefun weeks ago, still not in stock. I'm not even sure it's still listed on the site.

I never even knew about that site, pretty good stuff. But yeah i don't see that light/dark gray double dip case available on their site, sucks. I know they also have an orange double dip case as well.. why is HTC moving so slow to release their genuine products? Any word on their genuine HTC one kickstand case?
