HTC One Earbuds

So I just bought the HTC One the other day and they came with earbuds. At first I chalked them up as the cheapos that get thrown in with every phone nowadays. However, I'm pretty impressed with these headphones. I don't know if their non-branded Beats but they're pretty good. What's everyone else think? Also I've read that some folks didn't get headphones with their phone?

The general concensus from us when the phone first launched is non-branded inexpensive Beats. Passable, better than junk, but not great.

Yeah they aren't bad but no comparison to the real beats

Best packaged earphones I've had. Definitely better than Samsung's current offering with the s4 and I would say just a little under par compared to my klipsch in ear.

The ones I got with my 10.1 sound has good. Sammy getting cheaper now they are on top.... LOL

Have any of you compared it to Apple Earpods or Amazon Premium Earphones(packed with fire phones)
