Htc one m7 802w - how to root??

I bought this cellphone from china
Its got two sim card slots and a flash memory
Its a perfect all-in-one phone.

The only problem i have i can't root it and i can't use all google programs like gmail or play store even i can't sync with google account.
I unlocked the bootloader but i can't flash it
Anyone knows how can i do that??
Please help me
