Hi there,

Yesterday evening, I rebooted my phone after I found out the volume down button didn't work while playing music. However by then, my phone automatically brings me to the HBoot screen, and only the volume up button works, which means I cannot select any option.

This is what the menu says:

*** LOCKED ***
M7_UL PVT SHIP S-ON RH
HBOOT-1 61.0000
RADIO-4T.35.3218.16
OpenDSP-v.35.120.274.0718
eMMC-boot 2048MB

HBOOT

<VOL UP> to previous item (the volume up button works, it brings me however to the next item)
<VOL DOWN> to next item (does not work)
<POWER> to select item (does not work either, however, it still lets my phone sleep while holding this button)

FASTBOOT
RECOVERY
FACTORY RESET
SIMLOCK
CHECK SMARTSD
IMAGE CRC
SHOW BARCODE

Could anyone help me further? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forums. The volume button may be stuck, however, tearing the phone down is quite complex as I understand. You can try to longpress the power button to force a battery pull. That might get you back into Android.
