HTC one (m8)-Dynamic notifications pin bypass

I have recently installed the dynamic notifications app to my m8. It is exactly what I want in terms of a notification lock screen. I have disabled the stock pin and lock settings and added a pin to this app. I have checked the box to block the home button but if I press the multi window button (bottom right) it shows my active apps and allows me into the phone without the pin input
