Hi, I bought this unlocked phone one month ago in Canada.
Last week I was in Switzerland and I tried to upgrade to Android 6, then the Android Recovery screen appears every time I turn on the phone (I never see again the OS screen).

I did a factory reset, not working.

When going to the BootLoader, this is how the screen looks like:

*** SOFTWARE STATUS: OFFICIAL ***
*** LOCKED ***
M8_UL_CA PVT SHIP S-OFF
CID-11111111
HBOOT-3.19.0.0000

My htc m8 is stuck in recovery mode, Htc said I can send it back to them and they will try to fix it but I will lose everything on my phone, family pictures, important information etc etc, is there anyway I can get my phone out of recovery mode or save everything on my phone. I CAN ONLY GET ONTO SCREEN WITH RECOVERY MODE. thanks

Hi my HTC M8 is stuck in recovery mode after the Marshmallow update but its purchased from USA
Branded to AT&T network, its unlocked to any network please help can't fix this problem

Any one please help my phone is stuck in Android Recovery. What should I do next? I have downloaded the ROM DOWNLOAD from htc website and also the sync manager, but when I connect my phone with data cable with laptop it is not being connected. Attached picture is what is on my phone as well.
