HTC One M9 Screen completely unresponsive

Hi all,

earlier I was using my phone when the screen stopped responding, completely and utterly. The side buttons continued to work (lock, volume up/down) but the screen, nothing.

I performed a hard reset but still no joy. Later on I performed a factory reset but same again, no joy. The handset is only a couple weeks old (it's likely its a refurb as it was an insurance replacement). Any ideas or should I just get in touch with the insurer?

You have taken all the necessary step to proving whether it was a software problem.This means it is very much a hardware issue and you should get in touch with your insurer to prevent you taking money from your own pocket.
