HTC one m9 won't turn on + no flashing light

[AC Question]

Last night my HTC one was on 1% so I left it on the charger and went to sleep, this morning when I woke up I tried to turn on my phone and it wouldn't, it didn't even have the normal flashing red/orange/green led light like it normally would, I've been looking through the forums trying to figure out if anyone else had the same problem but all I can find are people who still had that flashing Led red light. Has my phone bit the dust? When it hasn't even been a year? I've never dropped it or got water on it ever......

Battery, charger or motherboard problems, try another battery or charger. If not helped then it has warranty I think. Reply please.
